Use your email address (the one you gave us) as your User ID.
Your initial password is CSNAZMember (case sensitive) - please change it after you log in.

Once you have logged in, choose - "Update Your Membership Profile."

Be sure to select Organization/Professional Title, which will list you as a therapist, counselor, psychologist, etc. You must select an Organization/Professional Title for your profile to show up in the on-line directory. If you feel your professional title is not listed as a choice, please let me know. Next, choose, "Update your specialty area" and select the specialties you want to have listed on your profile.

To have your picture added to your profile, please email a picture to webmaster@csn-az.org.
