During this group, we will focus on addressing various challenges girls may face during this transitional period from elementary to middle school. Topics covered include; Handling Relational Aggression Improving Communication Skills Building resilience Overcoming setbacks and failures Building a supportive peer network Building Self-Esteem Group will meet weekly for 6 weeks and the cost includes all materials needed

During the course of this 6-week group, girls will explore a variety of topics including Building Connections Balancing academics with extracurricular activities and social life Building self-confidence and assertiveness Peer Relationships and Social Dynamics Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth Respecting boundaries and setting boundaries Over the 6 weeks, the focus will be on preparing girls for the transition from middle school to high school.
